Did the universities contact you telling you they do not require the Psych results or did they waive it on your demand because you did not get the test results?

Hello, I am new to the forum, although I have been reading a bit before. I applied for 8 Clinical Psychology programs, but there is a large problem: The online test results of the paper based subject test I took on 27th of October have not arrived to date. They were guaranteed to be available by 24th of November. I contacted ETS several times, but there was no sensible answer, so I am slowly starting to panic. Have some of you experienced delayed or completely missing results?
