You'll probably get an email from the travel agency a week before your interview date. I wouldn't worry about it. They seem to be on top of it.

I was told I'd be contacted by the end of this week.

I am international too and have heard back from Northwestern and one program from Harvard among the schools you list.

I was told the same..I'm assuming they'll start contacting everyone from the 2nd.

I received an invite from Harvard Virology..I got the sense they were contacting everyone selected for the interview on the same day.
