I got all my material uploaded on Jan 30ish. I guess you had good timing, then! ?

Hi ewh1, congratulations!!!

May I ask, what do you mean by "follow up"? I tried to email Carol one time asking about an estimated wait time (since I have another offer of admission waiting out there), but she just replied saying when a decision is made they will contact me. Not sure how to follow up, or how to make the process go quicker ?

Hi guys! I also applied to MI program and have a question seeking advice from you guys:

I applied originally being an international student, but I am about to become a Canadian Permanent Resident very soon (my application for PR has recently been approved, and I need to land in Canada to activate my PR. I have not landed yet.) 

I have not received any decision from the department, and am wondering at what point should I notify the committee about my status change?

Also, will this change from international student to PR affect my MI application?
