[Should I email my POI again? HELP]

So about a month ago I had a phone interview with my POI at one of the schools that I applied to.  The interview went well and at the end of the conversation he asked if I had any other interviews coming up.  I told him I had one scheduled for the end of February at another school.  He told me that if I was still interested in his program after the other interview, to get in touch with him to talk about flying me out to see his lab and do an in person interview.  I emailed him a few days after my interview (about 1 week ago) and I haven't heard anything back.  Do you think I should email him again or do you think he's not responding because he's no longer interested?
