I have a couple questions, if you're willing! (1) Is the GROW funding used for the year following the applied (e.g. applied 2018-19 and used 2019-20)? (2) Do the partnership agencies change from year to year? My coadviser is taking sabbatical in 2020-21 at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland, and I want to apply for GROW for that year to study/work at EPFL while he is there; however, while EPFL is a huge international collaborator, it isn't listed as a partnership agency. Thoughts? Cheers!
