Sorry--I know this question is off topic--but I just found out that my NSF DDRIG proposal was "reassigned" and is now being considered by two programs. Any sense of whether that is a good or a bad sign in terms of my likelihood of getting funded? Again, I'm sorry for this off-topic question, but I can't seem to find an NSF DDRIG forum anywhere!

Several people at my institution (in the Midwest) have heard about Hays award offers or alternate status. I haven't heard anything about Hays yet, which I'm thinking doesn't bode well....
