blacktea66, my offer was phrased in a way that struck me as tentative also, but the Fulbright rep at my university told me that it was, indeed, an offer! I think that if you had to fill out an accept form (did you get a budget also?) that you are set to receive the award. Is there a contact person at your university that can help clear things up? Congrats!

Hey all! I just heard back (finally!) with an offer. I am not sure how timing of their communication is working, so I don’t have too much helpful information, but hopefully this means more news for everyone very soon!
