Hi, I'm an international applicant and have been offered admission for the MSME program at IUPUI and at Texas Tech.The admission at Texas Tech comes with a scholarship that will require me to pay only a reduced in-state tuiton than the normal out-of state tuiton. Can someone help me compare the relative merits of both the programs ? Also, I wish to know if IUPUI is as reputed as the Purdue university at West Lafayette. Thanks.
