Make sure you’re prepared with questions and information about the program as well as reasons why that program/POI specifically are a good fit for you. Also make sure to relax and breathe — it’s going to be a long, stressful day, so make sure you have the stamina. Remember that by even getting to the recruitment weekend, you’re one of their top candidates!

I heard today from IUPUI (Applied Social and Organizational Psychology Ph.D.) for a phone interview with my POI sometime this week!

I heard from Charlotte on 1/9 for their on-campus interview 2/23-24.

I was waitlisted the other day for Rice (MH are POI initials) -- if anyone has an offer and is planning on rejecting, please let me know, Rice is my top choice.
