Does anyone know about information of the UW (OB) on-campus interview (or reject)? I asked to the program's official email account about my application status, but they haven't replied back yet. I'm considering sending an email directly to POI whether my application is still reviewed (perhaps for a waitlist) & I have a chance to have an interview, but I'm not sure if it is right time to ask about it. Can anyone give me some advice?

I just got rejected from USC (received email to check the website..), they didn't even interview me. I think my research fit was not quite good with them.

I think my interviewers meant the final decision. They also said that additional skype interviews could be arranged if needed. I guess the process is different for domestic students vs. international students? (my case = international)

I have an interview with PSU this week. They notified me via email last week.

Hi, I just finished my interview with two faculty members. They are interviewing shortlisted applicants and told me that the final decision will be made few weeks later (around late Feb? early March?) . In the meantime, additional interviews could be arranged with other faculty members. That means, I guess, the longlisted applicants may have to wait for a month to hear any (positive) update.

To OB applicants, has anyone heard from UW or USC?

I think that post is mine. The interview is scheduled next week with 2 professors who I didn't mention in my SOP. I will ask about the admission process during the interview.

This is just a short list, meaning 1st round. Unless you get a rejection mail, I think there are still chances.
