Friends, I wish you all the best. May you remember that your value is not determined by any acceptance or rejection. I accepted my admission into BC this morning. This forum has been a place of solidarity during this grueling process. See you all around the guild.

Looks like someone heard something from BU-- Someone just posted an acceptance to BUSTH. Not sure what department.

Bummed to hear that. Anyone heard from BUSTH? Aren't they supposed to send something out today?

Okay, so we are all going to get news today and tomorrow, right? Hoping for a day full of emails and phone calls!

I thought Harvard and PTS might do something today... Guess not. *Sigh* Anyone know anything about either of these programs?

How common is it for programs to update the portal prior to a phone call or email? I'm wondering if I should check my accounts more frequently rather than waiting by the phone?

As in BUSTH is letting people know about their status this coming Friday (Feb. 21) or they were supposed to alert people last Friday (Feb. 14)?

Will we finally hear something today? Are any universities closed for President's Day? Hoping for some kind of news.

Looks like several programs (Harvard, BUSTH, etc.) sent out notifications around this time las year. Hope to hear something by the end of the week!

Are they finished with interviews? I'm guessing no interview at this point means a rejection?

Don't be crestfallen just yet. The process is quite mysterious. As Deep Fried Angst said, you might reach out towards the end of February. Breathe. You've got this. Even if you were not admitted, it's not because you don't deserve it. The process is corrupt. Hang in there.

I applied to BUSTH, BC, PTS, and Harvard. Practical Theology.

Another day of silence... Maybe tomorrow?

I'm hoping for this week, but I think next week is more realistic-- Based upon previous years.
