I'm a little limited in how many places I can apply to as well (and want to apply to the major universities outside of NYC) hence I'm restricting myself to one or two in NYC.

I’m interested in pursuing research in computational and systems biology (not really sure how much of each, and maybe structural biology would be nice too) and I’m somewhat restricted to staying in the NYC area. Right now I’m primarily considering Sloan Kettering and Columbia. Any thoughts on which one is better and/or more prestigious?
