  1. Hi everyone! I am currently trying to choose between U Chicago's SSA (School of Social Service Administration) and U Michigan's Masters in Higher Education with a Diversity and Social Justice in Higher Ed. concentration. Both schools are offering me the same scholarship money and as of right now, I do not think I can visit either school (I am based in CA), so I am currently trying to focus on prospective employment outcomes after program completion. I was wondering if anyone has attended/knows anyone who has attended either of these programs? I was really interested in the kind of careers individuals may pursue after completing either of these programs. I am very invested in college access and was drawn to U Michigan's concentration while applying but U Chicago also has a lot of education access research & I was wondering if an A.M. (akin to an MSW, I believe) would provide me with more flexibility in the job market? I would appreciate any input, advice, or resources y'all may have or think I could look more into. I've really been stuck and worried I may make the wrong decision. Thank you so much!
