Has anyone asked the financial aid to get more fellowship and succeeded in getting it this year? If yes, how did you approach them (ex. negotiating with another fellowship, explaining your current financial situation, etc)? Also, is fellowship tends to be lower for international students? What are your thoughts on the possibility of coronavirus impacting this year's funding/scholarship/fellowship in general?
