stephpop-- Do you mind telling me how you studied that month before you took it a 2nd time? I took the GRE the other day and got 630Q and 410V and I obviously want at least my verbal score to be much higher!!!! I have 2 or 3 months before I take it again. Do you have any suggestions (especially about how to study for verbal?) THANK YOU

Thank you! I knew they would see them all. Hopefully if I do a lot better on the verbal section the second time, they will take that into consideration!

Hey guys, Ok so I'm not applying until the fall so I don't have any exciting news like the rest of you (!!!!) but I took the GRE yesterday for the first time and I was wondering if most of the schools you applied to take your highest scores from each section? Basically I was curious to see if the stats you guys post are the highest from each section if you took it more than once. I did really well on the quantitative section but didn't do well at all on the verbal portion. I'm obviously planning to take it at least one more time but I'm just hoping I didn't completely mess things up with the low verbal score.

maddie4luv, Was applying to the amount of schools you applied to extremely difficult? I don't apply until the fall but I really do want to apply to 8-10 schools as of right now. Thank you

Hey guys, Congrats to everyone who has been accepted to a program and good luck to those who are waiting! I start the application process in the fall but I was just wondering if anyone applied to LSU, UGA, or Auburn? I've started looking at programs but I haven't seen anyone on this site mention any of these schools. I was just curious to see if anyone knew anything about these programs/want to attend these schools! Thanks
