Since receiving my acceptance into the PhD program I have attempted to contact the program director multiple times. I have emailed three times and called twice- in space of 2 months. I need to know about graduate assistantships and the correct course registration. The acceptance letter states that I need to contact the program director at my earliest availability. Since he has not responded at all, too whom should I reach out? I don't want to overstep but I need to figure out funding options and be sure I register in the order they want me to take the courses. Any thoughts?
