My undergraduate CGPA was 3.92 (major GPA was similarly high), but I took 4 classes for P/NP, two of which were in my major (my school allowed it) including one in my intended graduate area of study. I did this somewhat foolishly because I was more worried about my GPA than I should have been, and I also took a couple of heavy course loads which influenced these feelings. I did very well in the rest of the classes in my major and intended area of study. Should I briefly address this in my SOP?
