Hello everyone, Does anyone know if it's possible to find a sample winning proposal for the Mellon/ACLS dissertation fellowship? It would be super helpful to see what one looks like as I work on my own application.

Hello everyone, I'm currently applying for various PhD dissertation fellowships. I've noticed that some fellowships such as the Mellon/ACLS clearly state that they provide money for health insurance. However, other fellowships do not specify this -- specifically, the AAUW Dissertation Fellowship and the Charlotte Newcombe fellowship. Does anyone know if they provide health insurance?
