Is there not anyone who applied to UCLA for photo and received an interview request? I wonder if the deadline for the photo department is different from the other departments since they probably have more applicants than usual this year.

Hey all, I just got accepted into my 2nd choice school from the waitlist. If I decide to decline and reapply next year because the timing is bad, will that hurt my chances of being re-admitted? Any thoughts on this? I’m debating just accepting it but I didn’t get to apply to my first choice (UCLA) this year which has left me slightly hesitant. Anyone in a similar situation? Maybe I should just be grateful and accept the offer?

Is anyone aware of the situation that is going on at Bard? I'm interviewing with them next week and I've heard snippets from a variety of sources that they are having some difficulties right now (not sure if it is Covid or Faculty related). Anyone have an insight to this via current students?

In my interview with UCI for photo they said 1st week of March for updates.

I received a request to interview from UCI yesterday. Have yet to hear from Yale, Bard, Columbia and RISD.

UCLA isn't accepting MFA students in Photography for 2021.... ?
Hoping to get into BARD...a little concerned hearing that they are accepting a smaller class for Summer 2021? Any other interdisciplinary programs out there that come recommended?

UCLA photo applicant here! I have not heard anything at all and I know several people who have applied and also have heard nothing. So confusing!! I heard in the past March 15th ish is when rejection notifications are sent.
