Hi! I interviewed there recently and I think I remember them saying that some people might start to hear acceptances either next week or the week after that. It also looks like in previous years they send out some acceptances around the first week in February.

I just got a call from a PI I interviewed with and I was not in contact with any PIs ahead of time, which I think it is typically that a PI you interview with calls you. I was just curious to see if there is any reason why one PI you interviewed with might call you to give you the news vs another PI you interview with, or if it seems to just be kind of random and maybe just whoever volunteers.

Hi, I know that a lot of schools notify acceptance with a call from a faculty member you interviewed with. I was wondering if it is significant which faculty member calls you, or if it is more random. Does anyone know? I'm just curious

I received an interview invite from UMass Med yesterday. I applied to the BBS program. It seems like they have sent some invites kind of sporadically, I am not sure. I applied to Tufts and haven't heard anything. I hope this helps! Edit: I just heard from Tufts!

I am not sure but I don't see why not, either way it doesn't hurt to ask! I know on the survey they only gave the option for one day to choose from, but I bet they must have this issue pretty frequently with the earlier date.

The interview was for Feb 18-20. I think they have they interview dates up on the website in the FAQs, but I am not sure.

Has anyone heard from UPenn CAMB-G&E?

I have also been wondering about this. I feel it would make sense to offer more since it won't cost as much, but it also seems as though they have the same amount of interview days at many schools, so they are still limited by the number of students they can actually interview in a day. So I think it is possible they interview more, but they can't interview substantially more as they are still limited by time constraints to some degree. I don't know any of this for certain, I have just been overthinking this a lot while stressing out waiting to hear back from schools

I agree with this, I was noticing the same thing as I was confused because of the separate immunology program.
