I have seen lots of prof with very high citations but no name in the csranking.org. Is it a bad thing that the prof has so many publications but none of them in the top venue? Or does csranking.org only uses conferences for reference, that's why we should not depend on it. I am talking about AI fields ( AI, ML, Vision. NLP).
