Hey everyone! If a school is asking for a "yes" or "no" decision by the end of this week, is that 100% binding, or is it more of a "soft decision" so they have an idea of who is potentially taking the offer? I have not heard back from all my schools yet, but I don't want this offer to get rescinded or anything. Is it only binding when I put down a payment?
Do you have to be interviewed in order to be placed on a school's waitlist (for a program that does do interviews)? Or, hypothetically, would you be able to be placed on their waitlist without an interview? Or how does that process work?
I saw on the UT Austin website that it says "The final round of applicants will be expected to participate in an interview with the faculty." I don't know if this is relating to the AuD program, the combined AuD/PhD program, or both. I still have not heard anything from them, however. Has anyone?
