Tanpopo

I have been watching my schools' decisions on this site like a hawk. There are multiple schools that show rejection, wait list, AND acceptance letters have gone out, but I have only heard radio silence. I check all the online application portals, too, just to see if somehow I didn't get the email. Nothing. Please, can anyone tell me, what on Earth does this mean? Are they just slow on rejecting everyone all at once? I am going crazy waiting.
