I got an interview for BU PiBS off the waitlist. It's this Friday and the coordinator just emailed us and asked us if we could set up our own zoom interviews and email the professors with the links directly. Kind of strange, no?

No, I haven't heard anything. My guess is that they only sent out a few offers because they only have 3 spots, or that the offers will go out later this week. If you are trying to decide between programs I would email them and tell them that.

Yeah, I figured the same thing. I interviewed with Tufts CMDB last Friday and they said do rolling admissions and about 1/3 of us would get offers (3 spots to fill out of 25/30 interviewees). I'm not sure if Immunology is similarly competitive or not.

Has anyone heard back from Tufts immunology yet, after the interview? I'm also interviewing at BU for the PiBS program next week, I got in off the waitlist. Not sure what to expect.
