I have received admits for fall 2021 from Georgia Tech and UCSD for MS ECE. My area of interest is signal processing and communication systems. I am extremely confused between these schools. While GaTech is ranked higher and is more prestigious, I find UCSD has better facilities like labs and all for Comm. and Signal Proc. They have a good DSP group. Could anyone help a little? I will go for the MS thesis track and am likely to pursue a PhD after MS.
PS: I am not that much into ML/DS, so I am looking at these areas (Comm and SP) from more of a traditional way.
