I got offers from Columbia Biological Sciences and UCLA-Gene regulation, Gene Regulation, Epigenomics & Transcriptomics. Both programs have labs and research I'm really interested in; both LA and NYC are cities I'm happy to live in for 5+ years. I am an international student and both schools are very welcoming to international students. I really don't know which one to choose. The only difference might be UCLA offers me an scholarship in addition to the annual stipend. Could someone please help me out here? Which program would you choose?
