This is from her email to me about 30 min ago... Everyone has officially gotten back to us about either accepting or declining their offer. This year is shockingly another very competitive year maybe due to the pandemic or whatnot! It appears the committee will be evaluating for 4-5 open seats. Their plan is to make offers when they decide, but should be over the next couple weeks. Now is a waiting game for me until they meet! I will keep you updated as I know news.

She emailed me to say that they did hear back from most people yesterday and that they will be evaluating only 4-5 open spots. Apparently it was a very very competitive year. Well, good luck to you. Seriously! I told her to please notify me ASAP when those seats were filled and that if I don’t hear anything then I’ll assume they haven’t finished evaluations yet. I’ll post back when I hear more. Just received an email from pacific telling me that they are now moving into tier 1 waitlist. It looks like a updated school generated email to all on the waitlist. Either way, it’s a good sign that we should hear something soon. I’m guessing that You probably received the same email.

Thanks for the update on that. It is expensive for sure but I feel that the three year facilitated program and the quality of hands on instruction is worth it. Good luck! If I hear anything back from Carmel as well, I promise to let you know. ?

I too have accepted a tier 1 waitlist offer for Pacific University. Sounds like we should hear something after the April 15th deadline for those who received an official acceptance offer to accept or decline. Have you heard anything from the school yet? Good luck to you by the way! Anyone else on here that is on Pacific University waitlist?

There are lots of factors to think about on this. Not an easy choice. Cost should be important, but not necessarily a deal breaker. Location and time in the program are also important. How long before school starts? Each school usually has requirements for financial aid deadlines. Is Pacific University your first choice and is that the school you wanted to attend?
