Admission into CSU vs UK highly ranked university.

Qualification: BS Software Engineer Due to my budget I can only afford universities like CSULA/CSUDH. But I have heard from the groups that CSU is not really a good option for MS Computer Science. However in the same budget I am also getting admission into universities like University of Sussex and University of Surrey that fall under the top 200-300 ranking universities. So my question is which one should I choose. Does the CSU's not having ranking unlike UCLA's affect my career?
