I face the exactly same question as you. I have asked the professors to upload recommendation letters for many universities. They may think it's all done yet. However, I still need to apply more schools and I feel so bad to ask them again. Well, I think it's the fear we need to beat. Ask one more letter won't be a great deal. Even though we get rejection, it won't be worse than not asking at all.
