Some programs have been overwhelmed by the number of applicants so have delayed the release date of results. I applied early and they got back to me Jan 5th (was supposed to be by Dec. 31st), so wouldn't be surprised if it's the case here too. Stanford (which I also applied to), is 'late' judging by historical standards (usually decisions were released by March 12 at the latest).
Have not been able to find official stats from SIPA (Some columbia schools post them online, such as the business school), but have heard everything from 20% to 50%.
@InternationalgradstudentI emailed them and they said that funding will come out with the March decisions, so guess we'll have to wait until then to hear. Though I know SIPA doesn't have a lot of funding, so I'm not holding my breath...
I just heard back and was accepted! Really happy with the news! I don't know if they released all the decisions now but definitely worth checking your email.
I also have not heard back. I emailed them and they said that I would be considered with the regular deadline and would get a response in mid-March. I emailed back to ask why, but have not gotten a response from them yet. Really weird behavior on their part.
