Might want to check UChicago portal. I got a rejection with no email, and seems like most were released all at once

Also wondering if official admission letters have started coming out. Haven’t heard anything from UCSD and given nomination letters went out ages ago I’m expecting the worst

Congrats I'm still waiting on a couple other UC schools, but yeah I'm assuming both Berkeley/UCLA are no's at this point. Just wish they'd rip the band-aid off lol

Ah. If that's true (sounds legit anyways...) that's a bummer. To be fair though, I did just see someone post an acceptance on GradCafe today so maybe it doesn't matter? But I may just be trying to rationalize

That's awesome man congrats!! Those are all good options and it's cool you have multiple already. Waiting on UCLA (among others) with you, lets hope it works out! Im so stressed

Still waiting here as well. I've been nervous but I'm with you it's starting to get to the point where the odds are shrinking rapidly. I don't know if I plan to email for an update either yet, same boat as you exactly lol

Why does it seem like there's such a lull in acceptances ? seems like so many less are coming than the previous few weeks. Don't know if that makes me nervous or if that means we're all about to get bombarded with notifications

I'm organic here too! Congrats for real that's amazing. Yeah, I'm not going to email every school asking for updates but the lack of transparency is a little bothersome. I don't know when to expect anything, when to remain hopeful etc.

Does anyone know if official acceptances for UCSD, UCSB, UCLA, or UC Berkeley have been sent out? I've seen people posting about it but it seems like it's mostly been unofficial PI/Department head contacts.

Had no prior contacts (reached out via email and got some responses but nothing significant, at LA, SD, UCSB, and Cal) and I’m just worried about acceptance with seeing so many others get nomination letters/contact

Hmm.. do you think I should reach out this early or do they send them out at different times? I don’t want to reach out this early and bother the admissions committee. Based off last years data looks like they don’t seem to come out at the same time. Also the poster above said Berkeley hasn’t sent out anything official to some yet

How long should I give it before I get nervous? I’ve heard back about one school but some others people have mentioned (UCSD, UC Berkeley, UWMadison) I applied to and haven’t heard back. I just don’t know how close they sent acceptances out to know when to get worried
