So we see what viruses look like microscopically in artist's renditions but what does a visible amount of pure virus look like? Like is it a liquid or a solid? Is it wet or dry? Does it have color? What does it smell/taste like (no I wouldn't eat it). If the type of virus plays a huge role in these variables then use Covid as your example virus.
