It might be something specific to Poetic Justice, they sent questions which required essay type responses that they wanted filled out, which they were going to the use as a basis to the final round - interviews.

Anyone heard from Poetic Justice? I got a second-round question request two weeks ago and they said they would reach out for an interview by last Friday if they were interested. I guess they aren't. Wondering if anyone has received an interview request?
