  1. I also was accepted. I received $6000 in funding.
  2. I can't seem to find the option to apply for OGS on Carleton Central in the listed graduate awards. Isn't the due date Nov.15? I assumed that the award was not even listed yet as it is so early to apply.
  3. I think first round applicants get offers in early-mid March. After this I believe they send offers on a rolling basis til August 31rst. They accept around 140 students each year and I am guessing they get lots of applicants.
  4. Yes, I'm guessing that if we don't get an offer by end of March then the application was bumped to second round.
  5. I got the same as OfferPLZ
  6. Mine has been on "recommended for assessment" for weeks now! Wondering if I got bumped to the second round? ???
  7. I was accepted into Carleton MPPA and U of O GSPIA!
  8. Hopefully they will send you an offer soon (it looks like offers could be being sent on a rolling basis). MGA looks awesome. My only problem with the program however is the hefty tuition. Without any funding offers from MGA, it looks I'll be accepting one of the schools in Ottawa (I have been accepted to Carleton and U of O with funding)
  9. Hi, happy to report that I got offered admission to the MGA program. There was no mention of funding however.
  10. Any thoughts on GSPIA as a program?
  11. Nice job. Does your funding package include a TA position?
  12. I got $26,000 total for the two years
  13. Thanks for the responses. My Carleton Central account was updated. Cumulative and L2 GPA is around the same as FILOSOFO - 3.8/4.33 and 3.9/4.33
  14. Hi everyone, I am happy to have been accepted to the University of Ottawa GSPIA MA program as well as the Carleton MPPA program. I'm having difficulty deciding between the two. Does anyone have any insights into the differences between the programs? Two obvious differences is that GSPIA deals with international affairs and is more francophone. Otherwise, I think that Carleton has a higher coop placement rate. It also seems that GSPIA is more academic (major research paper) and possibly has a busier workload.
