    They have stated clearly in a separate letter that they won't be able to offer any scholarship, so yeah :/

    I got acceptance for MSPPM-DA with a 35% scholarship. The offer is conditional on proficiency in Object Oriented Programming completion.

    Yes, I did take GRE after applying. I did it on my own accord, basically throwing in the kitchen sink and hoping for the best, but it did not work out for me then. The feedback I received later was that I was late in applying for an international student, and also some tangential reference to my recommenders (having someone who can give a better account of my preparedness for graduate studies). I incorporated both of these suggestions by applying before the early action deadline and changing a couple of my recommenders in this application. I also enrolled in one of the credential programs to connect closely with the Harris community, and overall, the GRE score also helped strengthen my case with a strong quant score. Also, applying to other schools is a good idea, as you have mentioned. Wish you the best, and hope that there is movement in the waitlist before Aug.

    Hi @IndominusTaco, I was in a similar position last year. I had applied by the round 2 deadline in the last cycle and was waitlisted and eventually did not get through. I think in your case, what is helpful is that you have a lot of time till the final decisions are made sometime in June next year, I guess. In the interim, you can identify any potential weakness in your application and try to make up for it. In my case, I gave GRE and got a good quant score; I also enrolled in a credential program at Harris, which is also a good way to showcase your academic preparedness for full-time graduate study and interest in the program.

    Hi @IndominusTaco, I am an applicant to the MSCAPP program, awaiting the EA decision to come out. They have mentioned on the website that the decision will be released by late November. Do you have any idea when exactly the decisions will be released?

    Same here, In the waitlist webinar it was informed that there may be some movement post 15th APR. There was a standard response on email that waitlisted candidates will be reviewed by the deadline of the next round, sometime around 15th June. Let's hope something comes up by then, otherwise it is bye bye this term to grad school ?.

    Did anyone on the waitlist recieve a communication from admissions to continue to be on waitlist?

    I think if there is any movement it will be known after 15th APR, which is the deadline for deposit. I heard in the waitlist webinar that waitlisted candidates can expect to hear back till July, but for international candidates it may be a bit earlier as there are considerations for Visa, etc.

    Got waitlisted for MSCAPP, also for Brown-Watson MPA. Dinged by MIT. All on the same day . Anyone here knows if there any scope for movement of waitlist for MSCAPP based on past trends?

    Still nothing, I checked last year's admissions thread and I guess the results are a bit delayed. Maybe the number of applications is higher this year and hence it is taking more time. In my experience, Harris does a lot more than other schools in terms of outreach which can result in higher applications YoY. Hopefully something comes out by Friday.

    An aside to this conversation, my applications were a bit rushed this time. I applied for MIT DEDP, Harris, and Brown. I had also planned for Columbia SIPA, but could not finish the application in time. My focus is on Energy Policy and International Development. I would like to know which are some other schools that have a good program in these areas, so that I can prepare better for next application cycle, in case I don't get acceptance in any programs that I had applied to this time.
