Got into UofT health promo. Now deciding between JHU and Uoft! Any insight on a U.S. vs Canadian school would be great

Hi everyone, would anyone know if studying MPH in the states would impact job opportunities in Canada after? (Wondering because a few courses may be tailored to US healthcare)

I got an email from McGill saying my application has been recommended to GPS that I be admitted to the MscPh and a final decision be made in the next few weeks. A few seconds later, my applicant portal said I'd been admitted. So I'm not sure what this means? Anyone have any insight?
