I am in an international applicant, I haven't heard back yet. I applied before March 15 2022. I fall in the RD 3 category. But according to their website, I should hear back by early April 2022.

I wish you all the best as you wait for a decision tomorrow. I applied on 28th February 2022. I don't know when the decision will come out, but I will be rooting for you to get in. Alot of positive news for MPP applicants this year.
