Just got rejected from waterloo as well. for those waiting on guelph, the deadline to accept was last night so hopefully you should hear back soon!

I got an unofficial acceptance from Guelph last Thursday, applied to Waterloo as well but haven’t heard back yet

Nothing yet, my portal still says "released to program". hopefully they're releasing acceptances in waves
