My GPA was a 10.9 for the last 10 courses I had at the time, and my references weren't super personal (just profs who's classes I did well in, but to my credit, the courses were very social determinants/global health related). I have a lot of campus leadership experiences, but the key experience which I also discussed a lot in my personal statement was my long-term volunteering at a refugee health center!
