Soundwave

Hello, I am new to this forum. For the past few weeks I have been looking for a topic to write about for my 3rd year Linguistics assigment. I have narrowed it down to the following fields: Phonetics/Phonology, Psycholinguistics, Sociolinguistics, Language Acquisition, and Historical Linguistics. I came on here to hear if any of you might have any suggestions for more specific topics I could pursue (perhaps ones you have dealt with prior?). Thanks for any feedback. regards /SoundWave
