Took myself off of South Carolina's waitlist and declined an offer to MSU Mankato. Hopefully that helps speed some things along for people!

If you do apply next year, definitely ask for fee waivers. Even if you don’t qualify on paper, a lot of schools will just give you one if you email to ask. I got one for Vanderbilt this year because 95 dollars felt like way too much on a server budget.

I asked him those questions, the response I got was I’m “high on the waitlist” and nothing else. So I think it’s ranked, but no clue how long.

Sounds like they want to conduct interviews without actually saying theyre conducting interviews. UNCG did something similar for me. I wish they’d just call it what it was lol but Imo it’s a very very good sign!
