Got an interview from Case Western today (BSTP) and a rejection from UW-Madison MDTP. Gotta be honest, the double Wisconsin rejects are brutal. That was one of my top choices lol. Just crossing my fingers for Vanderbilt IGP now!

Received an interview for the Molecular Medicine program at Case Western/Cleveland Clinic today!

I received an email from CU Anschutz on December 16th saying I just missed the interview cutoff for the Biomedical Sciences Program but could interview for direct admission with my first choice program. In-person interview weekend is in early February. From the wording of the email all BMS interviews have been sent.

Received an interview from Cornell Microbiology today! 2-day virtual graduate recruitment event at the end of January. Still waiting to hear from Vanderbilt IGP, Johns Hopkins BCMB, UW-Madison MDTP, Colorado State Microbiology, and UCSD BMS. Fingers crossed

Hey all! I might be a little late, but I wanted to introduce myself. ? Profile: Domestic Student 4.0 master's GPA, 2.9 bachelor's GPA ~3 years of research experience, 2 pubs (1 first and 1 middle author), and 2 pubs in preparation. Numerous poster/oral presentations and a few research awards. Some significant leadership experience with national STEM organizations and involvement in DEI and outreach projects! I applied to: Penn State Bioinformatics and Genomics (interviewed last week), Harvard BBS, Cornell Microbiology, UW-Madison MDTP and CMB, Vanderbilt IGP, CWRU BSTP and MM, UCSD Biomedical Sciences, Pitt IBGP, CU Denver Biomedical Sciences, Tulane Biomedical Sciences, Johns Hopkins BCMB, and Utah Biosciences.
