Just got rejected from Yale EMD today

Anyone heard back from Yale EMD?

Yep! Chair told me they invited 9. I have high hopes tho, it's my dream school!

Did international students get invited? I applied to EMD and I'm waitlisted

I mailed them asking about it, and they told me that I am on the waitlist.

I am on the waitlist for EMD, when did you hear from them?

That's why YSPH has such a low admission rate (~2%), last year they only admitted 22 students. And given that they have several tracks, it may be around 5 per track... really competitive

I applied to EcoEvo track, have not heard from them

Yup, saw that too. EMD has not sent invites out yet (luckily for me)

I applied to Yale's EMD which had the deadline on 12/15/2022 and I'm waiting. It's been only 5 days but the wait is hard. Other programs I applied: MIT CSB Scripps Chemical and Biological Sciences Stanford EcoEvo WSU IID Harvard Virology. BSc in Biotechnology, M.Sc(c) in Microbiology, 6 years of full-time research experience with 14 publications (3 1st author)
