My rejection came on Sunday. How weird is that

About 25 hours ago my status changed to under grad school review. Cannot help but spiral. Have you guys heard anything back yet? what is the pattern here help me out 😭

Can I ask rejections to which program? is it PhD in Human Development? University of Maryland? please say yes :B

my page still says under program review. my understanding was that this probably means rejection and yours means that it passed the program review and is now being reviewed by the grad school? so confused. i have no news except rejection from Berkeley

If someone needs an update, got rejected from Davis, accepted to U o A, awaiting on Maryland and Berkeley. Emailed Maryland recently and got a response: We should be able to provide admission decisions within the next two weeks. Best of luck to all!

I got nothing on Berkeley PhD. Did you have an interview? A single person has posted about the interview on here in Jan I think. Was that by any chance you?

At this point, I just want the results asap so that I can move on with other offers as well as my life. Whatever the result is I want it NOW But ofc best of luck to everyone!

Isn't that kind of the case for all high-ranking programs? but also I see what you mean. It did get me to think that it's just this circle of successful rich people getting richer and more successful

I heard some got an interview (I didn't) for the program I applied to. Also, my status is still under program review. Guess UMD is a no-go for me! That's okay I hope to get at least one full offer and I should be good to go.
