Probably varies by school and program, but when should I begin to hear from my program this summer re: financials, courses, etc?

Just accepted a PhD offer but have not received a clear timeline beyond setting up email and when to send final transcript. When is it typical to start setting up banking info for stipend, etc.? Graduate housing on campus? etc. Generally, what is a typical timeline between accepting the offer and the first day of class? (ik this probably varies by school)

by email or portal?

does this include history of science?
