A friend of mine got admitted. SAIS Europe in Bologna. 20k scolarship per year.

A friend of mine got admitted today at 14.00 (Rome Time Zone). He got admitted + 20k scolarship per year. MAIR Europe (SAIS Bologna + Washington DC)

Where is this "notified by"? Is this your Application Status? I hope so btw, on February 17th they were saying "you will receive results within two weeks".
