    That is true; your application process differs slightly from mine. The status on my DAAD portal has been "selection made" for the last two weeks or so. Last week I found a new prompt to sign and upload a consent for processing medical data, which I did. Now it's just a matter of waiting to see what happens next.

    HI Abbie had you applied for PhD grants? I've never been invited for an interview. Anyway I gave up already. I know the DAAD scholarship is quiet competitive and the only way to select is through interviews. So I gave up long ago when I never got an invite. Was your interview online?

      Yes, I applied for the PhD grant and was interviewed virtually.

    Hello, Werena. We're both in the same boat. I applied through the DAAD Kenya office, and my status has been "selection made" for some time now. Concerning the interview? Do you mean the first or second round of interviews? On January 12th, I was interviewed.
