Got a rejection this morning from Dal, disappointing start to the day but I just found out I accepted off the UofA waitlist!!! So many tears of joy 🥹🥹. I was ready to start signing up for courses to up my gpa. God is good.

I just looked at the forum from last year and a lot of people heard back from dal the last couple days of April… a lot of them were rejections too. Disappointing to hear but in case anyone was curious thought I’d share

No, I’m also still hoping that they still haven’t sent out all the admissions. I know for certain that there’s at least 13 people who have received admissions and accepted though.. ( based on the Fb group) but I saw a post that someone said they still were deciding on admissions and haven’t sent them all out yet??? so idkkkk I’m dying to find out!

They don’t. I asked, they did last year though

Anticipating acceptance is driving me crazy!! I’ve been searching for a Canadian forum and finally found one —- seems to be very very few people discussing in other places ? I applied to UOfA, Dal, and McGill. Undergrad in linguistics/speech sciences GPA 3.5 , 2nd quartile Casper, research experience , slpa experience, and lots of work with special needs populations of all ages Reference from an SLP I work for and 2 profs( 1 I did research for and the other a less strong one) Haven’t heard back yet but have seen one person say they got accepted on march 7th into UofA—which means acceptances are starting to get sent out!(unless it was university of Arizona as I’ve seen some people say lol) Good luck everyone !!
