I'm curious if anyone has been accepted off the waitlist for Laurier's PT online (regular track) MSW? I wasn't sure whether there would be any movement on the waitlist yet, or if they hold off until after their deadline for acceptance on Friday... I hate not knowing where I fall on the waitlist or even how many others were waitlisted too. This whole process has been so painful, lol 😩

Anyone who was waitlisted at Laurier, when you sign into your LORIS account, do you see anything about your waitlist status anywhere? When I sign in, I don't see anything different.

It sounds like a lot of us got our decisions today for Laurie's PT online MSW (non-BSW)... Is there anyone who hasn't heard yet, or do you think they release them all today?
Does anyone know whether waitlist admissions will trickle out as people decline offers, or will they wait until after the deadline to accept offers (which I assume is July 14, same as the deadline to accept your spot on the waitlist) before they start offering those spots to those on the waitlist?

I could be wrong but I don't think everyone is offered a spot on the waitlist. A number of people said they received rejection letters, so I assume that means they weren't waitlisted. I've got no clue how many are on the waitlist though and the email says specifically not to inquire about your position on the waitlist... I wonder if they would tell us how many total are on the list 😋

I hear ya... I got waitlisted for the WLU PT online non-BSW MSW this morning too. I put so much time and hard work into preparing their extensive application, I really hoped it would pay off... so disappointing -- and now we are back in the same waiting game for another 2 months! This is torture... I'm curious how many people are on the waitlist.

If anything, that just suggests to me that they haven't finished making their selection and we are going to be waiting even longer! 😭😮💨

I was also really hanging into hope that yesterday (June 9th) would be the day. Last I heard was the "start of June", but obviously that has come and gone and we are into mid-June. It's so discouraging and the painful wait is only going to suck even more if it's all just been to get bad news. I'm losing my mind over here.

I'm also waiting on a decision from Laurier about the non-BSW online part-time MSW program starting this fall. The wait has been so painful... May came and went and then I got an update from admissions that decisions would be out "at the start of June", so evvvvery day I'm hoping it will be the day, but still nothing. It better be this week or we will be into mid-June and this has already been so stressful, I can't take any more delays!! Lol.

I've been checking pretty much everyday too, lol. Just in case some how I didn't receive the email 😅 not even sure what I'm looking for but I'm assuming if there was an offer I would see it!

Nothing yet and it's killing me!!! Started the process of applying in October and their expected decision wasn't till May. Now we are halfway through May and I'm itching to hear!! I really hope we hear before the month's end or I'm going to go crazy lol.

Ya, just wondering if they have been sending out any early admission offers. It says that May is their estimated deadline but results could come before or after that. Such a long wait!

Good question... I would assume we have to re-apply again, but it sure would be nice if they would just reconsider our applications at the next opportunity. I'm sure you could contact admissions to confirm.
