Got my SSHRC email at 9:26pm PST - I'm on committee 5, so keep an eye out for your emails!

I'm at UBC and the graduate faculty has the results - My department sent me Congratulations this morning. Check in with your department if you haven't already!

Just got an email from my department that my SSHRC application was successful! Not sure if I got the CGS-D or Fellowship, or my ranking, but I'm just glad that I can rest easy while prepping for comps in the Fall 🥳 Best of luck to everyone still waiting - The future is bright!

Nothing yet - If I hear anything back today, it will probably be directly from SSHRC since it's after 5 pst

We had to select which committee we wanted to review our application before we submitted in September - It should be listed on your application!

I just emailed my department to ask if they know anything about the results and was told that the faculty of graduate studies will be sending out results directly soon. So any other UBC folks here, keep an eye out!

Not necessarily - Lots of folks haven't gotten an email or institutional notice yet. Plus, there's been a mix of funded and not funded notices in the emails already sent. No way to know for sure at this point.

I'm trying to finish the last paper of my PhD coursework (yay!) and the anxiety of waiting for my email inbox to ping is making that increasingly difficult

I sure hope so - I've been refreshing the SSHRC hashtag on twitter every few minutes just in case anyone has posted any info
